How to Request an Exchange

  1. Fill Out the Form: Complete our [Link to Google Form] with your order details.

  2. Wait for Confirmation: Our team will respond via WhatsApp or Email within 1–2 business days.

  3. Condition: Items must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached.

  4. Unboxing Video: A clear, unedited unboxing video (starting from the sealed package) is mandatory for all claims.

 

Important Notes

  • Shipping: For size/preference exchanges, all shipping costs are covered by the customer.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or with a discount are final sale.

  • Defects: Awan & Co will cover all shipping costs for any manufacturing faults.
